Xur has left the solar system for the weekend of Friday, May 20, and taken his Exotic spoils with him. Here’s what Xur is stocking for the May 28-June 1 weekend.
Destiny 2’s Season of the Splicer is bringing back an old Destiny 1 favorite: the Vault of Glass raid. It launches on Saturday, May 22, which makes this a great time to visit our old buddy Xur to check out his haul of Exotic weapons and armor. Here’s where to find him this weekend and what he’s selling.
Head to the Tower, in the Hangar area, to find Xur this week. For his weapon, Xur is offering Monte Carlo. Hunters can pick up the Gemini Jester leg armor; for Titans, there’s the Dunemarchers leg armor; and for Warlocks, Xur has the Astrocyte Verse helmet.
Xur Location
Spawn in at the Tower’s central transmat zone and head left, down the stairs, into the HangarVenir de Tragamonedas Gratis Online. When you get there, hang another left and head to the north end of the area. Take the catwalk stairs up to find Xur standing on a platform near the Tower’s edge.
Xur returns to the solar system every weekend in Destiny 2, starting with the daily reset at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET each Friday. The thing is, where he’ll land isn’t known until he actually arrives. Xur can hang out at one of several locations, including in the Tower Hangar area, on Nessus in Watcher’s Grave, and in the Winding Cove area of the EDZ. We’ll update this post upon Xur’s arrival with a full rundown of where he’s located, how you can find him, and what he’s carrying. His inventory also changes each week, so it’s worth revisiting him on the weekends for new weapons and rolls on Exotic armor.
Xur Exotic Items
With the kick off of the Vault of Glass raid, Xur is offering Monte Carlo as his weapon. This powerful assault rifle is good in a lot of situations, thanks to the fact that it gets damage buffs both from scoring kills and when you use your melee while carrying it. If you’re not a fan of his other options, Xur also sells an Exotic engram that will decrypt into an Exotic you don’t already own. Just note that you can only buy one per week, and the engram is specific to the character class who buys it–so if you’re trying to get a new Titan helmet, don’t buy the engram with your Warlock. He also has the new Xenology Quest, which rewards an Exotic Cipher you can use to purchase Exotics from either Xur or the Tower’s Monument to Lost Lights. The quest requires you to either complete Strikes or win matches in Gambit and the Crucible.
